Intelligent pipes and components
This is why liNear Design Pipe & Power has been developed object-oriented. All components, from simple seamless steel pipe with all flanges, elbows, banches, reductions and caps to heat generators, water heaters, containers, pumps and valves have been equipped with their "own intelligence". All pipes and components are automatically set to the correct diameter, pressure levels and types of pipeline (e.g. flow or return). The insulation is automatically included and can be either switched on or off with a click of the mouse. Valves can also be installed at any time. If the valves are smaller than the pipe diameter, then reductions are automatically made in line with the applicable standards. This also applies to entire pipe sections, which are automatically recalculated and presented in real time.

Double your productivity
With liNear Design Pipe & Power, liNear is setting new standards for detailed and exemplary work. The virtual designs of the plants serve to make planning easier, to prevent errors in planning and to double productivity. Thus, for example, liNear Design Pipe & Power automatically takes weld gaps and seal thicknesses into account, so that exact position and saw lists can be generated for pre-fabrication. The screwing command calculates all screws with the correct diameters and lengths.

Avoid collisions
The real time test (which can be switched on or off) prevents pipes and components touching during construction. It doesn't matter whether you are dealing with objects from other trades or the structure itself. With the testing routines for open ends and collisions constructions can be tested at any time. A report summarises all results, so that the problem areas can be looked at in detail to eliminate the collisions.
