Our experienced support center team of professionals answer your questions about all aspects of the liNear software use.

High-developed software require an optimal combination of operating system,CAD-based platform and technical application. To keep step with the development of these systems, these basics must be updated constantly.

The liNear support staff are always on the cutting edge of IT technology and can help quickly when it comes to a complex interaction of hardware, operating systems and network configurations.

Even when it comes to program-specific questions, the liNear support helps you. Especially for CAD applications, there are often several ways to implement a project. Our experienced support professionals know the optimal way that leads you to the goal.


liNear offers support contracts in two variants:


One year support contract

The "all-inclusive" package, premium-service for liNear customers


First-level support on all working days (excluding local and official holidays)

from 8:30 to 12:30 clock and from 14:00 clock to 17:00 clock by phone 0241 / 889 8020 for all liNear software products, including assistance with questions about AutoCAD software. In addition, telephone support for installations and network installations.

Assistance in operating system, network, drivers and hardware problems is by phone or e-mail possible. Free call back on utilization of the support center. All support cases are documented in detail and the customer can view the documentation on request.

The first-level support costs 600, - € / year * according to support contract. In the contract 10 hours support services are provided. When exceeding the annual number of hours time taken will be recalculated.

Prepaid support contract

The less expensive alternative to full-service contract, the low-cost service for experienced liNear customers


The pre-paid support on all working days (excluding local and official holidays)

from 8:30 to 12:30 clock and from 14:00 clock to 17:00 clock by phone 0241 / 889 8020

As opposed to the full-service contract, the pre-paid support contract means limited in time services (two hours service). This contract comes into use when liNear software products are in use for many years and for this reason, users need little support. The pre-paid support contract otherwise includes the same scope of services as the full-service contract.

The pre-paid support contract costs 240, - € / year ** according to the support contract.

This corresponds to an hourly rate of 120, - € / hour.


When exceeding two hours support service the pre-paid support contract will be extended for another two hours, which are charged for the current year.
